"Good sense of height and isolation in this image. The clouds arounf the rock peak suggests a swirling storm. The alrge amount of space given to the sky adds to the feeling of isolation. "

"Thecolours are very dynamic, when I saw this I thought what a great front on square to the front of the building Panoramic it would make."

"Coloours work wonderfully together. The technical aspects are excellent. If you want this photo for competition it would work better if there was a lot less of the white building on the right as it pulls a lot of attention away from two-coloured building beside it. "

"Colour is good. Sharp where it needs to be. The large distance of the flowers apart makes it difficult to to get a strong pattern or strong centre of interest."

"Strength in simplicity. The red surrounding the face is an excellent way to bring attention to the face. The neutral background also emphasizes the figure. "

"I an see you were looking for impact with all of the red and black, and that you have got. Just a couple of little things about this picture that could be improved. I wish the shoulders where a little more obviuos as it looks like a disenbodied head resting on hands, also when putting a hand on the chin, you have you model keep the pressure off as it will make a line under the lip and squash the face something most models don't appreciate. The gloves do not fit the subject and have to many wrinkles for what is a very clean graphic shot. "

"Placement of subject against blue sky is a good way to strengthen impact of figure. The merging of head and tail in central portion diminishes impact. "
Rosemarie Culver

"Good strong colours here. The light and colour on the grasses is especially effective for impact. The merging of the lady in red and the building conflict for interest and diminishes strength of the the red lady which judging by the title is the main subject. "

"Point of view nicely emphasises the height. Might suggest a slight crop from the sky as the image feels a little unballanced. The lower right is distracting .... could the garment be cloned in?"

"This is a busy scene but the blue chair in the cafe connects nicely with the line of blue tables and chairs outside to connect the two areas and form a visual triangle. This provides a strong visual area of interest or figure. "

"Very delicate and gentle feeling created by this detailed rendition of the weed head. The background makes the weed head stand out well but the white area at the bottom takes some attention away from the main subject. "

"Good angle of view to show faces. The firures stand out well against the background. Tightly framed. Gives a feeling of being cramped. Better to include the end of the gun and include more of the legs at the bottom. "

"Good composition - a little tight on the right by the lower figures hand on gun. Whites appear over exposed. I always enjoy photographing this event ... we'll have to go next May to Longwoods. "

"Its always a good choice to fill the frame with the tree rather than leave open space around it. The placement of the branches slightly left allows space for the eye to follow the brach to the edge of the frame. A good sense of blowing wind here. "

"Good choice to fill the frame with the tree branches and leaves. Gooblack d choice to place the brances to the right so the eye can follow the branches from right to left through the frame. The background is blurred just enough to make the red and black branches stand out. The beauty of autumn is well captured here."

"Very creative choose of angle and composition, the light is dramadically used to strengthen the image. It would be intresting to find out why this classic is presented in a field, a setting usually resereved for bullet riddled junkers. "

"Image has stunning impact, the bold orange with the green foreground base and the exagerayed perspective of the low angle shooting position all work together. Some people would probably suggest doing something about the weeds that cover the bumper, but I seem them as joining the strong element to the bottom. I would probably have added some drama to the sky by darkening and boosting the contrast to further enhance the impact of the picture. "
